I decided to draw one of my teammates on the Dashing Whippets. Her name is Selina. One of her photos appeared on my feed and I really loved the mood of it. Plus, it reminded me of someone having coffee (I love photos of people drinking coffee/tea—great way to have me draw you *hint hint*).

When I did the first sketch I posted it on Facebook:

She seemed thankful in her comments and we chatted a little about it at one of the team workouts. She was happy. The thing is, I forgot how people felt about being drawn. I love being drawn by random artists (I’ll post an entry about that).

Of course more hours could be potentially added (an artist’s work is never done) but I like it like this.
